All online orders must be placed at least 3 Days in advance. If we are completely booked for a particular date, we will restrict online orders for that date and it will no longer be available. Please make sure to place your order as early as possible since we might cancel your order due to not enough time window.

Mental health advocacy is woven into the soul of our brand. We use our platform to break the silence around suicide, support grieving families, advocate for the youth mental health, and remind everyone that kindness and listening save lives.
Yes. Delivery of our cakes and desserts are available for events within 100 miles of our bakery (Los Banos). Minimum product order for delivery in the Monterey Bay area is $700. And to Delivery in San Francisco, the product minimum is $850 as well as for other Bay area locations. Delivery and any set-up costs vary. Limited to availability.
We understand that plans change and we will gladly assist you in making changes to your catering order date and time. We accept weekday cancellations before 12:00pm the day before your event and weekend cancellations by 4:00pm on Friday. A cancellation fee of 50% of the order value will be charged if orders over $1,500 are cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice. Same day cancellations will result in a 50% charge.
