Where baking meets healing,
Nuevo Amanecer was born during a season of deep loss and healing. After losing my 16-year-old son, baking became my way of coping—one breath, one loaf, one sunrise at a time. Nuevo Amanecer means New Dawn, a reminder that every sunrise we’re blessed to witness is another chance to live, heal, and thrive. This bakery is lovingly dedicated to my son and to all who carry grief in their hearts.
