How its started?
Nuevo Amanecer was born during a season of deep loss and healing. After losing my 16 year old son, baking became my way of coping; one breath, one loaf, one sunrise at a time.

Nuevo Amanecer nació en un tiempo de dolor y sanación; Hornear se convirtió en mi refugio y en una forma de seguir adelante; Cada amanecer es una nueva oportunidad para vivir, sanar y encontrar luz.
Each loaf is made with love, warmth, and ligh, meant to be shared, to comfort, and to remind us that even after darkness, hope still rises.

Building our Brand
When we first started crafting Nuevo Amanecer Bakes, our very first logo helped us visualize our dream. But as our ovens got to work and our community grew, we knew our brand needed to evolve right alongside our craft.
While our essence and recipes remain the exact same, our updated look is designed to scale beautifully, making it easier to recognize on our packaging, signage, merchandise, emails and online as we share our daily fresh bake with you.

Why the changes?
Nuevo Amanecer Bakes‘ new brand identity is built around a custom, human-crafted design system that captures the authentic soul of the bakery.
The inclusion of the hand-drawn character icon gives the bakery an immediate personal touch, shifting the brand away from sterile corporate imagery and into a warm, neighborhood-friendly space.
The chocolate brown color paired with a vibrant golden yellow background badge naturally evokes the cozy, sensory experience of fresh dough, warm ovens, and baking traditions.
We moved away from our original concept to a custom-designed identity that is cleaner, warmer, and easier to recognize on our packaging and displays.

This fund continues to honor JoJo’s vibrant spirit, his passion for learning, and his remarkable resilience.
